The main aim of this distribution is to let the home hobbiest bend 
their own AK styled Flats. The Main challenge in the endeavor has been 
getting a design the worked, or having to spend $250-$500 for a 
pre made jig.  The design has been put in the public domain by 555th.
He put a lot of hard work and a years worth of tinkering.... Thanks 
555th.

What You Need
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
To do this project you need to cut these jig peaces out of carbon 
steel as close as possible.  You have 2 options. #1 get the steel cut 
almost to the dimensions listed and then do the finishing work with
 a grinder.  Make sure you get the measurement as close as possible.  Your
 other option is pick up the yellow pages and find a metal worker who 
has a "laser Plasma cutting machine"  you should be able to give them 
this CAD file and they will be able to reproduce it. For the rest of the 
direction go to you favorite gun smithing web sites.


What this file is lacking
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
A better written "read me" for starters.  It is also missing the outer
 part of the jig.  I have included some picts in this file.  With the 
picks you should be able to weld up the outer part with little effort.
  If any one has any extra time and could come up with a set of 
directions/CAD pict that would be great.
